Julie Kokematsu is the brain henchmen of Mirenjo in Yattodetaman.
Appearance[]
Julie is a tall, slim man with the most prominent features being his bushy eyebrows, his darker colored long nose, and his one bucktooth that always sticks out
In uniform, he wears a pink jacket with cyan inside his collar, a black shirt with a skull like print, pink pants, and a equally pink helmet with 3 multicolored lights that serves almost like a lie detector; glowing red when he lies, greenish-blue when he's scared, and yellow when he has an idea. Without uniform, he's commonly seen wearing a dark khaki jacket over a yellow sweater, dark pants, and a driver's cap. Without a hat, he has a bowl cut similar to a Kappa.
Personality[]
Just like Boyacky, he also has a lecherous nature, flirting with most of the main women in the series; Mirenjo, Karen, and Tina Yesterday. However unlike Boyacky, Julie can't build a mech to save his life. He instead pulls out a remote control which summons a supply box, then the supply box opens and automatically builds itself. He's also shown to go ballistic, pulling out a weapon; mostly a gun, and go trigger happy with the target (No harm's actually done though).

- Kokematsu was the only example of the "brain" member of the villain trios to lack a mustache until Voltkatze from Yatterman Night.
- In the Italian dub, he's called "Primo Settembre" or in English translation "September First"
- In the first episode of Yattodetaman, he mentions that he was a baseball coach at one point. It's unknown if this was said as a joke or if this is canon.
- He's voiced by Jôji Yanami, the same guy that voices almost all of the brain villains like Grocky, Boyacky, Tobacke, Sekovitch, and more in the Time Bokan Series until he passed in December 3, 2021. Jôji Yanami also was the Narrator of DragonBallZ and Ittan-Momen in the third and fifth anime of Gegege No Kitaro
